Owner and founder Kala Uprety offers up a unique twist on traditional Nepalese dishes by combining them with flavors from around the world. Kala’s Kuisine is dedicated to providing healthy and delicious vegetarian food that contains the best ingredients and no preservatives.

From salsas & chutneys to lunch wraps & samosas, Kala’s Kuisine boasts a variety of award winning products.

Our products are available at local premier health food grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Central Market, Wheatsville, Sun Harvest, Farm to Market and HEB. Among her many accomplishments, Kala has also supplied food to Austin’s premier dining establishments; the Driskell Hotel and Hudson’s on the Bend.
